History

Templar Titan was forged in 2001 post 9-11. Founded by former U.S. Navy SEALS to address emergent Homeland Security needs and supportive of the Global War on Terror (GWOT). Initially our work was training law enforcment agencies, strategic response teams for airports, dive teams, SWAT and others. We evolved into a handful of select niche spaces that filled a gap yet afforded us experience.

Templar Titan has worked in Federal Disaster & emergency response spaces for over a decade. We have supported the American Red Cross, FEMA, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and associated organizations in the evolution & attempts at systematizing the amalgamation of emergency response elements local, state, federal and from the private sector, the command & control challenges, Right of Way (ROE), debris management, civil & cultural considerations, governance, reporting, videography, and all associated nuances ongoing to date. Our past performance in this space includes, but not limited to: responses to Hurricanes Rita, Katrina, Gustav, Ike & Sandy whereas we were in most cases the “first boots on the ground” supporting afflicted, making damage assessments, collecting specific client driven assessments, security force augmentation, asset securing and associated services, working with local state & follow on governmental assets in every way to support human life, to foster order and influence recovery. Templar Titan responded to 9-11 and supplied a host of services to our nations great city working with the cleanup crews, bone sifting operations & supplying the forensic anthropologists through a partnering agreement with Syracuse University. We also crafted the multi-contractor access control & tracking plan along wirh the border security services for Granite Construction for their “border fence” installation work associated with teh Strategic Border Initiative (SBI) in Arizona, New Mexico & Texas. In 2008 we won their subcontractor of the year for the aforementioned border services. Templar Titan has worked nationwide with the American Red Cross providing the organization with reduced rates for same professional services in support of a myriad of responses & support needs. We will forever continue these services to support human life and the afflicted. Other notable “disaster” responses include Oklahoma & Cherokee Nation Ice Storms, California Wildfires in 2007, BP Oil Spill, and a host of smaller events. We are an organization dedicated to better preparing organizations for these types of events & acts of the unknown, responding to these events and bringing tireless support, leadership and skilled professionals to foster life, our clients and our commitment to service.

Templar Titan is a premier United States cross border operations company and has worked prevalently in Central and South America with governments, private individuals and corporations for over a decade.  We have engineered static & mobile security plans for dozens of Fortune 500 companies working in the aforementioned regions to include cross border operations to destinations, multiple venues, cyclically, or one offs traversing U.S./Mexican border working all requirements both sides systematically while safeguarding our clients with zero losses to date. We have worked with a several companies matching their day-to-day operations with cogent security plans that insulate, safeguard and instill action plans for their assets & facilities from risks, threats and extreme circumstances. On more than one occasion our tactics & techniques ultimately achieved our clients most immediate needs and further de-escalated the prevailing issues with local government, potential cartel associations and the local populace. We were presented an award for one such event from Sony in 2005. As mentioned above, but in the space of cross border operations, Templar Titan engineered the security plan for the border fence with Granite Construction for three of the four Border States encompassing multi-cultural contractors and subcontractors, assets, and continual moving of staging points successfully and was given an award for these services in 2008 due to having zero losses and 100% accountability of all assets and personnel.   Templar Titan has submitted various progressive plans for securing the border in Washington D.C. to date to include an easy plan to develop an American Foreign Legion in a most favored trade status delineated central, or south American country, an X Force for the border, and technologies that would clearly & assuredly solve our illegal immigration problems in the U.S.

Templar Titan has worked with a couple “oil majors” conducting risk assessments, penetration testing, contingency planning and the associated. We responded to Hurricane Katrina for one securing all the assets, assessing & reporting damages, collecting directed Intellectual Properties/hard drives, securing access, crafting multi-level, multi-building safeguarding & securing plans cogent with available resources; this same response we were tasked to locate and/or account for over 2,000 of their personnel who were unaccounted for post the hurricane. The effort entailed commandeering all available assets, boats, trucks, cars and access plans against compromised routes to locate, identify status, gain proof of life (or not), detailed then reported findings forward to the clients ongoing. Daily we collected all pertinent disaster information and business intelligence from the ground then crafted reports & submitted to executives & upper management for those we worked.  Another recent incident involved the hijacking of a tanker in the Strait of Hormuz whereas we were engaged to create a recovery plan of the vessel and its cargo. Other services for oil & gas companies include but not limited to: services to offshore oil platforms, contingency planning, crisis management tabletops exercises, assessing/revising & testing emergency response protocols, risk assessments, penetration testing, vessel recovery, vessel defense management teams, and more.
